The proALPHA group company continues its organizational restructuring and its journey to success under new management
Weilerbach, 1 February 2024 – Böhme & Weihs, an expert in the development of quality management software for almost 40 years and a part of the proALPHA Group, has appointed Jörg von Ploetz as the company's new CEO. He assumes the position immediately from his predecessor and co-founder Rüdiger Weihs, who will officially step down from his role on March 31, to ensure a seamless transition process.
Jörg von Ploetz previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for one year, during which he worked closely with Rüdiger Weihs to drive the company's organizational restructuring success. Even after the official handover, Jörg von Ploetz and Rüdiger Weihs will stay in close contact to continuously advance Böhme & Weihs.
