The Proalpha Group is reorganizing its management in Switzerland. Effective September 1, 2026, Jessica Andresen will assume leadership of Proalpha Schweiz AG as Managing Director. In this role, she will be responsible for driving the continued growth of the company's Swiss business, with a focus on expanding new software sales, strengthening strategic customer relationships, increasing market penetration in the manufacturing industry, and fostering closer alignment between direct sales, partners, and installed base initiatives. Andresen brings more than 20 years of experience in technical sales and in leading international sales and project teams. Most recently, she served as Strategic Account Director SaaS for German-speaking Switzerland at Oracle in Zurich.

Jessica Andresen is highly familiar with the Swiss market and, in particular, with the requirements of manufacturing companies through many years of collaboration with customers and partners. Her experience combines two perspectives that are especially relevant for Proalpha in Switzerland: hands-on operational expertise in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales.

Jessica Andresen originally comes from a manufacturing background. For many years, she worked in the automotive supply industry, including in drive technology at Visteon (later tedrive and Neapco following an acquisition), as well as at Weidmann Plastics Technology (now Techniplas). As a Program and Key Account Manager, she was responsible for series-production projects across multiple manufacturing sites and held budget, quality, and delivery responsibility in dealings with European automotive manufacturers.

In 2018, Ms. Andresen transitioned from the manufacturing industry into software sales. At SAP in Regensdorf, she served as a Solution Sales Executive, supporting the Swiss market in supply chain management, product development, and maintenance solutions. She subsequently worked at DXC Technology in Wallisellen before joining Oracle in Zurich in 2020. At Oracle, she held a range of sales and leadership positions, including Account Director, Sales Manager for the SaaS sales team covering Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Austria, and Strategic Account Director SaaS for German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on manufacturing and financial services. In these roles, she was responsible not only for account management but also for business development, pipeline and partner management, as well as the development and expansion of key accounts and new projects.

"Proalpha has a strong foundation in Switzerland. The goal now is to consistently translate that strength into further growth," says Jessica Andresen. "My ambition is to continue expanding our business in Switzerland with a clear sales focus: staying closer to our customers, pursuing new business opportunities more systematically, and delivering software solutions that create measurable value for manufacturing companies. Together with the team, I want to further strengthen Proalpha's visibility in the market as a trusted digitalization partner for Swiss SMEs."

"Jessica Andresen combines proven sales excellence in the B2B software business with a deep understanding of our customers' operations," says Eric Verniaut, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Proalpha Group. "She understands planning, scheduling, and production from first-hand experience, and knows how to strategically build and develop successful software sales organizations. This unique combination of practical relevance, SaaS and ERP knowledge, leadership experience, and industry expertise provides the ideal foundation for driving the focused growth of our Swiss business and unlocking additional market opportunities."

With offices in Aesch, Biel, and Steinhausen, Proalpha serves customers in manufacturing and wholesale throughout Switzerland. Under the leadership of Jessica Andresen, the Proalpha Group aims to further expand its presence in the Swiss market, scale its ERP and business applications business within the manufacturing industry, and systematically deepen collaboration with local partners and existing customers.
