The new leadership consolidates the strategic alignment of industry and business solutions and creates an integrated foundation for further growth
The Proalpha Group, one of the leading providers of ERP and business applications for the mid-sized manufacturing industry, appoints Michael Wüstemeier to the new position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With this step, the Industry Solutions (ERP) unit and the Proalpha Business Suite (business solutions beyond core ERP applications) are brought together under one roof, aligning their strategic direction and fully unlocking collaboration synergies. In his new position, Michael Wüstemeier will report directly to Eric Verniaut, CEO of the Proalpha Group.
Michael Wüstemeier has been with the Proalpha Group for 18 years. During this time, he also served as Managing Director (MD) of Proalpha's Austrian subsidiary and was able to successfully advance operations. In his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) ERP and member of the management team, he subsequently further enhanced the Proalpha Group's business results, focusing in particular on the key areas of customer satisfaction and service quality. Most recently, he successfully led the Industry Solutions business unit.
Since 2018, Michael Wüstemeier has been a member of the extended board of the Proalpha User Group (AWK), an association of approximately 500 corporate users in the DACH region. He holds a diploma in business informatics from the University of Münster.
"I am very much looking forward to my new role, particularly to implementing an integrated go-to-market strategy and driving the development and continuous enhancement of value-creating innovations across our entire solution portfolio for our mid-sized customers," emphasizes Michael Wüstemeier.
"I wish Michael Wüstemeier every success in his new role," says Eric Verniaut, CEO of the Proalpha Group. "No one knows Proalpha better than Michael Wüstemeier, which makes him the best choice for this new integrated role as CRO. He has repeatedly demonstrated his leadership skills and deep expertise during his time at Proalpha. He will play a key role in driving the integrated alignment and close collaboration across the strategic business units."
