tisoware Gesellschaft für Zeitwirtschaft mbH has been the leading provider for topics like HR, security and MES in the German-speaking countries for years. Since December 2019, it has been part of the proALPHA company group. Sabine Dörr and Michael Gruber founded the company 35 years ago and have since poured their heart and soul into its success as managing directors. Now they're going to resign from their position on July 31, 2022 as planned and fully withdraw from the operational business entirely.

They hand over the baton to Markus Steinberger, who will be the new managing director. Markus Steinberger previously worked for the Haufe Group, where he was responsible for the HR cloud and platform business in the DACH region as chief sales officer since 2019. He has 22 years of experience in key account management and the sales of rather uncommon cloud and software solutions and has gained more than 12 years of leadership experience in various executive positions. Furthermore, Steinberger is skilled in developing and operationalizing corporate and sales strategies in the HR target market.

"tisoware has continuously grown over the last years and the course is still clearly set for growth," says Markus Steinberger. "It's amazing what the founder duo has established in the last 35 years together with the entire team. I want to open up the market even more and exploit additional sources of growth. The proALPHA Group as the parent company has great potential and I can't wait to be a reliable and innovative partner for our customers and advance them even more on their digital journey."

Eric Verniaut, CEO of the proALPHA Group, is also happy about the new member: "We have found a worthy successor in Markus Steinberger, who shares our vision just like Dörr and Gruber and will support us on our journey to become an innovative, integrated and industry-specific platform with his experience and competence."

"The course of the succession plan was set with the sale of shares to the proALPHA Group, and it has been and still is the right management decision," state Sabine Dörr and Michael Gruber in conclusion. "We've always dedicated ourselves to the innovativeness of the tisoware solution, which we were able to develop into a profitable and prospering solution over the years thanks to dedicated employees and a number of mid-market companies of all sizes and from all industries. We'll always stay connected to the company, the employees and especially our customers, as tisoware is our life's work, and wish you all the best for the future."
