Integration of group company Quiply into "Atoria – the people software GmbH“ effective July 16
Weilerbach, July 24, 2025 – The Proalpha Group, one of the leading providers of ERP and business applications for the mid-market, completes the consolidation of its HCM offering with the integration of its group company Quiply – specialized in employee engagement and collaboration – into Atoria – the people software GmbH.
On July 16, 2025, the group company Quiply has been integrated into Atoria – the people software GmbH. At the same time, the company’s registered office was relocated to Reutlingen. Both changes became officially effective upon entry into the commercial register. Ongoing contracts are not affected by the business transfer. At the product level, the brand name Quiply will be retained. The HCM business unit of the Proalpha Group is managed by Jochen Moll, Managing Director (MD) at Atoria.
With the consolidation, the HCM solution portfolio now includes technologies for critical personnel processes, ranging from recruiting, human resources and talent management to solutions for collaborative and integrative employee engagement, time tracking, access control, staff scheduling, workflow management, and production digitalization.
