    Highlights

Centralized ERP Solution for Three Business Divisions

Three completely different process landscapes were successfully consolidated into a single ERP system.

Product configurator for up to 400 variants per line

Mass production benefits from an automated configurator that efficiently accommodates individual customer requests.

Batch Traceability and DMS for Seamless Documentation

Audit-compliant tracking of all activities is now centrally managed in the ERP system. It covers everything from certification to service calls.

    What was the initial situation?

The old ERP system was highly customized and no longer fit for the future. Upgrading to a new release was virtually impossible because the system had reached a technical dead end. Some processes were manual and not fully digitized.

    Why the decision for Proalpha?

Proalpha was able to map the complex requirements of all three business areas within a single system. The integrated functions - such as project management, product configuration, and DMS - were particularly impressive. The solution promised a significant increase in efficiency and future-proofing.

How can the success be measured?

The 20% reduction in staffing hours is a clearly measurable success. Structured project planning and automated variant production also demonstrate significant process improvements. In addition, further growth was achieved without requiring additional staff.

    Proalpha Benefits

20% time savings through more efficient processes

The time saved was invested directly in further growth, without hiring additional staff.

    Structured Project Planning with Milestones

Today, scheduling in plant engineering is handled entirely through the ERP system, replacing manual processes.

Global Distribution Capabilities Through a Wide Range of Variants

Thanks to automated configuration, products can be delivered efficiently and tailored to individual needs in over 80 countries.
