    What was the initial situation?

    SPIER operates in a market characterized by an extremely wide variety of product variants and very small batch sizes - often even single-unit production. Manually managing this level of complexity was becoming increasingly difficult to control, as data, drawings, and documents were scattered across many departments. The company needed a solution that would enable customization, speed, and process reliability all at once.

    Success is evident in the significantly reduced lead time from order to delivery, as processes are now digital, transparent, and structured. The error rate in design and production planning has dropped significantly thanks to plausibility checks and automated document generation.
