“Across our six branches, we process a total of about 300 orders per day. Using Proalpha, we’ve already been able to speed up this process by 1.5 workdays, or about 13 percent.”
Georg Bohl
ERP/Processes Project Manager, RONAL Bathrooms AG
RONAL Bathrooms had a centralized IT infrastructure at its parent company, but it had reached its performance limits. The processes were characterized by many manual steps and were only partially scalable internationally. In addition, coordination between different countries and systems was time-consuming and error-prone. There was a need for a unified, future-proof ERP system with a clear structure.
Proalpha stood out for its suitability for medium-sized custom and batch manufacturers with complex processes. The solution enables end-to-end processes across national borders and features a powerful product configurator. Another key factor was the option to obtain both ERP and cloud infrastructure from a single provider. The pilot phase with key users confirmed the solution’s technical and functional suitability.
Order entry became 13 percent faster, saving 1.5 workdays per week. Duplication of effort in sales and production was eliminated through integration. Employee satisfaction rose significantly, and even users who were previously skeptical now recognize the added value. In the future, RONAL Bathrooms aims to save four workdays across the entire process chain - a clear and measurable goal.
