"Our growth - i.e. the quantity and complexity of the orders we process every day today - would never have been possible without Proalpha ERP."

    Roger Kugler
    Head of ERP, Mikrop AG

    Highlights

    Cross-site production planning

Both plants work with identical data and synchronized processes - for maximum transparency.

Optimization through operating data and scrap calculation

The high reject rate in glass processing is controlled by precise ERP-supported post-calculations.

    ERP-supported further development

New functions such as automated parts labeling based on picking slips are already being planned.

    What was the
    initial situation?

With the establishment of a second production site in Serbia, Mikrop needed to manage all processes - from order planning and production to cost tracking - across national borders. The company needed a system that would keep data synchronized, create transparency and enable parallel working.

    Why the decision
    for Proalpha?

Proalpha impressed with its strength in production planning, multi-client capability and detailed production data acquisition. Particularly relevant: The fully mirrored master data, parts lists and calculation logic between the two sites as well as the automated order transfer with client-specific cost logic.

    How can success be measured?

Today, Mikrop produces for up to 30 customers at the same time - with the highest quality, transparent planning and maximum efficiency. Proalpha not only supports the operational implementation, but also the strategic development - from efficient labeling to new ERP-based expansion stages.

    Proalpha Benefits

Seamless division of labor across national borders

All work steps, including customs and cost logic, are intelligently networked from glass design to final assembly.

    Fast response to customer requirements

Digital order management makes it possible to process a large number of small orders efficiently and error-free.

    Scalability through modular expansions

The system grows with every growth step - whether in terms of employees, locations or functional requirements.
