    Since the update to Proalpha 7.1, all product movements are recorded on mobile devices using scanners and entered directly into the ERP system. This enables seamless inventory management and replaces traditional inventory taking on specific dates.

    Automated route planning for same-day delivery

    Orders placed by 7:30 a.m. are delivered on the same day. Route planning is automatic and optimized based on postal codes and special requirements.

    Web portal for field staff and customers

    Field staff and customers can access the ERP system on the go, submit orders directly, and plan sales campaigns digitally. This increases transparency and efficiency throughout the entire sales process.

    What was the initial situation?

    hawo GmbH had to deliver to many branches and construction sites quickly and reliably every day. Some of the processes were paper-based and manual, which led to time losses and sources of error. A modern solution was needed to increase speed and transparency.
