What was the
initial situation?
Bürstner was faced with the challenge of managing a large number of variants in production efficiently. The manual configuration of vehicles and the management of more than 4,000 individual parts led to a high level of effort and susceptibility to errors. In addition, cross-location collaboration made standardized data management difficult.

Proalpha impressed with its powerful product configurator and seamless integration with CAD and PDM systems. The ERP solution enables error-free parts list creation, optimized warehousing and efficient production planning. In addition, the intercompany function ensures smooth collaboration between the sites.
How can success be measured?
By introducing Proalpha, Bürstner was able to reduce the design effort, minimize sources of error and speed up production processes significantly. The automated creation of parts lists saves time and resources, while the cross-location networking ensures a consistent database.
