ERP+ expert adds leading employee app to HR management portfolio for mid-market 

Weilerbach, February 23, 2024 ‒ proALPHA, one of the leading providers of ERP+ software solutions for the mid-market manufacturing industry, has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Quiply Technologies GmbH (Quiply). After the acquisition of Persis, the leading provider of innovative HR software solutions and its merger with tisoware, the specialist in time management and access control, the company is taking the next strategic step to expand its product portfolio in HR.

proALPHA thus responds to the customers' growing demand for solutions for collaborative and integrative employee communication (employee engagement) and innovative services for communication in change processes (change management). The cloud-native Quiply app enables medium-sized and large companies to further digitalize HR processes and modernize internal communication in real time, on mobile devices and regardless of location. 

Since its founding in 2015, Quiply, based in Cologne, has been supporting around 400 medium-sized companies in the DACH region to enhance their internal communication. The quickly implementable, secure app for iOS, Android, and web browsers particularly appeals to employees who do not use a desktop or the company's intranet – such as the people working in industrial manufacturing, transportation and logistics, retail and commerce, healthcare, and employees with high travel activity.

With customizable channels for multimedia content in over 100 languages and chat functions for both 1-on-1 and group conversations, it enables efficient internal teamwork and quick coordination.
