Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / President
As CEO of the proALPHA Group, Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer is in charge of business strategy and development, finances, controlling, and human resources.
He gained expert knowledge of the international ERP field and the mid-sized market segment during his ten-year career in the management of SAP SE. As a member of the D-A-CH Sales Territory management team, he was in charge of the mid-sized market segment, partner business development, and the distribution of cloud solutions. Prior to that, he had been responsible for the global distribution of SAP for small and mid-sized enterprises by sales partners and system houses. Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer began his career as a consultant at McKinsey. He studied physics at TU Darmstadt, where he was awarded his doctorate for his thesis in the field of experimental nuclear physics. Moreover, he studied economics at FernUniversität in Hagen.

Michael Finkler is responsible for business development at the proALPHA Group. He also takes care of partnerships with leading research institutes and associations. Here he engages in the development of practical Industry 4.0 solutions, amongst others as a member of the board of management of the VDMA (German Mechanical Engineering Industry Association) division for Software and Digitization, the VDMA's regional association for central Germany and the Bitkom's ERP research group. Furthermore, he is a member of the advisory committee of the FIR e.V. research institution at the RWTH Aachen.
As the founder and CEO of ALPHA Business Solutions AG, he has developed this business since 1994, and was actively involved in the M&A with the proALPHA Group in 2015. Before that, he had worked as project manager and head of ERP consulting at Hewlett-Packard.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Patrick Klein was appointed CFO of the proALPHA group in July 2019.
The trained bank official, who has also studied business administration, has been working for proALPHA since 2017, lately as the head of Group Finance & Commercial. He can draw upon more than 20 years of experience from working in various positions at various companies. Before he joined proALPHA, he had been group treasurer at the SAG Group and was head of finances at Praktiker for many years.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Gunnar Schug is responsible for standard software development, the technological strategy as well as for documentation, quality assurance, and support.
He has studied mathematics and has occupied various managing positions in the development department of the proALPHA Group since 1999, where he has shaped the software's development. In his role as CTO, he draws upon his profound technological knowledge and deep understanding of the customers' core business processes. Usability, mobility, artificial intelligence and proALPHA's cloud services belong to Gunnar Schug's key topics.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
As CSO of the proALPHA Group, Andree Stachowski has assumed overall responsibility for the company's sales strategies to distribute software and related services.
Andree Stachowski not only holds a degree in mechanical engineering, he is also a trained turner. Having 20 years of experience in selling ERP solutions for small and mid-sized enterprises, he knows the requirements of manufacturing companies perfectly. Before he joined proALPHA, Andree Stachowski had been a member of the management at All for One Steeb AG, the largest SAP system house for mid-sized customers in the German-speaking market. Prior to that, he had held management positions at Infor Global Solutions and a system house related to Sage. His main objective is to offer customers and prospects value-added consulting services tailored to the respective industry. To achieve this goal, his team draws on best practices and knowledge gained from implementing more than 2,000 customer installations.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Nicolás Steib is the COO of the proALPHA Group and is responsible for proALPHA's consulting and project business.
The Swiss economist can draw on more than 20 years of experience in leading service organizations of international ERP companies. For more than 10 years, he was a member of the management for the global service organization at SAP, was responsible of business with non-German companies in Europe, and later became the head of global delivery. Before that, he had worked in organization consulting at Gemini Consulting for several years, where he was responsible for customers in the media and software industry.
