Changes in the Management at proALPHA

New CSO for the Group, New Managing Directors in Austria and Switzerland

The management of business software provider proALPHA is changing: Andree Stachowski, who has been Chief Sales Officer (CSO) since 2015, has decided to leave the company. Since he started working for proALPHA, the company has been able to increase its sales considerably. Furthermore, Stachowski has significantly expanded and restructured the sales organization. "Andree Stachowski has greatly contributed to the growth of proALPHA," says Eric Verniaut, CEO of proALPHA. "He has expanded our sales force enormously and won many new customers and projects. We sincerely thank him for this!"

The successor in his position as CSO is Michael T. Sander, who previously was the managing director of the Austrian subsidiary. He has assumed the position of CSO for the whole group on July 1, 2020. Sander has led proALPHA Software Austria since 2014 and has been responsible for the activities in the markets of Austria and Hungary. He has considerably strengthened proALPHA's position in the market and the subsidiary. He can also draw upon extensive knowledge gained in earlier management positions.

Since July 1, 2020, Michael Wüstemeier has been leading proALPHA Austria as Managing Director. Over the past twelve years, Wüstemeier has expanded the consulting business in Germany, at first in his position as site manager and for the last five years as head of consulting. He holds a degree in business information technology and has gained experience in various fields, including IT consulting.

The Swiss subsidiary is facing some changes as well: Rosario De Francisci, who had been CEO of proALPHA Switzerland since 2016, has retired. Under the lead of De Francisci, proALPHA Switzerland has increased the number of customers considerably, thereby strengthening its position within the proALPHA Group. Until the new managing director is appointed, the COO of the proALPHA Group, Nicolás Steib, will lead the subsidiary in Switzerland.
