Close to Our Customers

All calls are received at the headquarters of the proALPHA group, where the service team takes care of their processing. If expert knowledge is required to solve a problem, the service team cooperates with the respective department, which is either located at the headquarters or at one of the subsidiaries in Germany. Our customers benefit from project-specific information and in-depth knowledge of the standard software.

Service Hours

Monday through Thursday: 7 am – 6 pm
Friday: 7 am – 5 pm

The service office is closed on national holidays and on December 24 and 31.
